My Story
For more than 25 years, my career has been built inside private households and alongside families whose lives require trust, discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
My experience began in childcare and evolved naturally into Private Household Management and Executive Personal Assistance, supporting international families, entrepreneurs and professional football families through the realities of demanding personal and professional lives.
Over the years, my work has taken me across countries, cultures and constantly changing environments. I have managed households, supported families through international relocations, coordinated complex schedules and travel, helped establish new lives after professional moves, and provided the continuity families need when everything around them is changing.
Working so closely within people’s private lives has taught me that exceptional support is not about being visible. It is about understanding what is needed, anticipating what comes next and ensuring that everything behind the scenes works as it should.
Today, I bring that experience together through Private Household & Lifestyle Operations — providing trusted, highly discreet support to private families and professional football households navigating complex lives, international moves and significant transitions.
Work Philosophy
My approach is built on discretion, anticipation and sound judgement.
In private households and high-trust environments, the best work often happens before a problem becomes visible. I believe in understanding the people, priorities and dynamics around me well enough to anticipate what is needed, protect continuity and make considered decisions without creating unnecessary noise.
Every household and every family operates differently. There is no formula. My role is to understand that environment quickly, adapt to it and create the structure required for daily life to run smoothly — whether managing competing priorities, coordinating across different people and locations, or responding calmly when circumstances change.
I value clear communication, accountability and absolute respect for privacy. Above all, I believe exceptional support should give the people I work with something increasingly valuable: the confidence that what needs to be handled, will be handled.
Trajectory
My career has evolved through more than 25 years of increasing responsibility within private family environments.
What began in childcare developed into a much broader operational role — supporting not only children, but entire households, family schedules, international travel, relocations and the day-to-day demands of complex private lives.
Over time, I moved into Executive Personal Assistance and Lifestyle Management, working closely with high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and professional football families. These roles required me to operate across personal, household and professional priorities, often simultaneously and always with a high degree of discretion.
International moves became a significant part of that experience. Supporting families through relocation taught me that a successful transition goes far beyond logistics. Housing, schools, household setup, cultural adaptation, family routines and continuity all have to work together.
Today, that progression allows me to see a private household as a complete operation rather than a collection of individual tasks. I understand how the different parts connect, where pressure points are likely to appear and what needs to be in place for a family to function effectively through both everyday life and periods of significant change.
