Inviting someone into your home is very different from hiring someone for a role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A home is not an office.

Over the years, I\u2019ve seen how difficult it can be for families to accept help inside their private space \u2014 especially when they have never shared their home with anyone before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discomfort is not about control.
It\u2019s about exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Help Feels Like an Invasion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For many people, the idea of having someone inside their home feels unsettling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I\u2019ve worked with families where the initial resistance was strong \u2014 not because they didn\u2019t need help, but because accepting help felt like losing a layer of privacy they had always protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That reaction is completely normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
