Until we talk about it openly, players will continue to hide behind the mask of confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every player \u2014 from the youngest academy talent to the most seasoned professional \u2014 needs a network built on trust, empathy, and guidance.
And that\u2019s not weakness. That\u2019s what keeps careers alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coaches, clubs, families, and assistants must understand:
when you take care of the human, the athlete performs naturally.
When you ignore the human, even the strongest eventually break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019ve seen champions collapse under invisible weight.
I\u2019ve seen others rise stronger after tragedy because they allowed themselves to heal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
