But for women working behind the scenes, the challenge is different. Respect isn\u2019t earned by scoring goals or giving interviews; it\u2019s built quietly, through consistency, trust, and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working in football as a woman means constantly navigating perception. You can be excellent at what you do, but still be judged by assumptions instead of your results. Over time, you learn that your work has to speak louder than your presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are many women working within football clubs today \u2014 managers, media staff, coordinators.
But being a personal assistant directly to a player is something very few people truly understand.
It\u2019s not just about managing schedules or logistics. It\u2019s about managing a life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019re expected to be organized, invisible, loyal, and available at all times. You work inside the private side of football \u2014 the homes, the families, the emotions \u2014 and that\u2019s where professionalism matters most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Early in my career, I learned that proximity must never compromise respect.
You have to be close enough to help, but strong enough to stay respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The game is changing. Slowly, but surely.
Today we see more women taking positions of leadership \u2014 as agents, sports psychologists, physiotherapists, and executives.
They\u2019re not just entering the football world; they\u2019re reshaping it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The evolution of football isn\u2019t only about tactics or technology.
It\u2019s also about inclusion \u2014 about understanding that a woman\u2019s presence doesn\u2019t need to be justified, only valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every woman who stays, leads, and earns trust is rewriting what power looks like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Respect in football isn\u2019t automatic. It\u2019s built daily \u2014 through hard work, integrity, and discipline.
For women like me, every project, every player, every challenge is a quiet statement that we belong here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We don\u2019t just work in football.
